WELKE PERSOONSGEGEVENS WORDEN ER VERZAMELD?
Wij verzamelen alle persoonsgegevens die noodzakelijk zijn ter uitvoering van de tussen ons en de klant bestaande overeenkomst.
HV Tegels BVBA dient u immers te identificeren, te contacteren en correct te kunnen adviseren.
Hierbij worden uw naam, adres, emailadres en telefoonnummer gevraagd om u te kunnen identificeren.
Verder kan het zijn dat HV Tegels BVBA bijkomende informatie tracht te bekomen indien deze noodzakelijk is om de belangen van haar cliënt optimaal te kunnen behartigen ingevolge de bestaande overeenkomst.
Op het ogenblik dat bijkomende persoonsgegevens worden gevraagd zal steeds transparant worden meegedeeld waarvoor deze bijkomende persoonsgegevens verworven worden.
HV Tegels BVBA kan gegevens van derde partijen verkrijgen, wanneer u deze zelf publiek hebt gemaakt door vermelding op uw website, blog, of via je publiek toegankelijke social mediaprofiel.
Het kunnen ook gegevens zijn die publiek zijn, omdat ze bijvoorbeeld algemeen bekend zijn in je streek of omdat ze in de pers verschenen zijn. Ook informatie op bijvoorbeeld de Kruispuntbank, Graydon of Companyweb behoren hiertoe.
Tot slot worden er ook standaard gegevens via Google Analytics verzameld en verwerkt.
WAARVOOR WORDEN DE VERZAMELDE PERSOONSGEGEVENS GEBRUIKT?

JOUW PRIVACY
RECHT OP INZAGE
Wil je inzage in de gegevens die wij over jou verwerken, laat het dan weten. Als je je recht van inzage uitoefent zullen wij je een zo volledig mogelijk overzicht geven van jouw gegevens. Het is mogelijk dat sommige persoonsgegevens uit klassieke back-upbestanden, log-, historiek- of archiefbestanden niet opgenomen zijn in dit overzicht. Deze gegevens maken geen deel uit van de courant verwerkte persoonsgegevens en zijn daarom niet onmiddellijk beschikbaar. Ze kunnen daarom ook niet worden meegegeven. Ze worden wel verwijderd uit deze bestanden volgens standaard opkuisprocessen.
RECHT OP VERBETERING
Het kan gebeuren dat bepaalde gegevens die wij over jou hebben opgeslagen niet (meer) correct zijn. Je kunt altijd vragen om die gegevens te laten verbeteren of vervolledigen.
RECHT OP VERWIJDERING
Als je vermoedt dat wij bepaalde gegevens onrechtmatig verwerken, dan kun je vragen om ze te verwijderen.
RECHT OP VERZET TEGEN BEPAALD GEBRUIK VAN GEGEVENS
Ben je het niet eens met de manier waarop wij bepaalde gegevens verwerken, dan kun je je daartegen verzetten. Verzet dat wij zullen inwilligen tenzij er dwingende gronden zijn om dat niet te doen, wat bijvoorbeeld het geval is als wij gegevens verwerken om fraude te bestrijden.
RECHT OP VERZET TEGEN VOLLEDIG AUTOMATISCHE VERZERKING
Sommige gegevensverwerkingen en processen verlopen volledig geautomatiseerd zonder menselijke tussenkomst. De logica van dit automatisch proces proberen wij op het moment zelf mee te geven.
Als je het niet eens bent met het resultaat van zo’n volledig geautomatiseerd proces, kun je ons contacteren.
RECHT OP OVERDRACHT VAN GEGEVENS AAN EEN DERDE PARTIJ
Je hebt het recht om te vragen om persoonsgegevens die je zelf aan ons hebt verstrekt, aan jou of rechtstreeks aan een derde partij over te dragen. De privacywetgeving voorziet wel een aantal beperkingen op dit recht, waardoor het niet van toepassing is op alle gegevens.
UITOEFENEN VAN RECHTEN
Wees altijd zo specifiek mogelijk als je je rechten wilt uitoefenen. Dan kunnen wij je vraag concreet en correct behandelen. Wij moeten wel je identiteit zo goed mogelijk verifiëren, om te vermijden dat iemand anders je rechten uitoefent. Vandaar dat het een kopie van je identiteitskaart kan vragen bij een dergelijke aanvraag.

BEWARING VAN PERSOONSGEGEVENS
Wij gebruiken je persoonsgegevens als we daarvoor een duidelijk doel hebben. Als wij geen doel meer hebben, verwijderen we de gegevens.
Uitgangspunt voor het bijhouden van je persoonsgegevens is de wettelijke bewaartermijn (vaak is dat tot 10 jaar na het einde van een contract of de verrichting van een transactie).
Voor de uitoefening van onze rechten kan dat langer zijn. Schrijft de wet geen bewaartermijn voor dan kan de bewaring korter te zijn.
Voor sommige toepassingen kan een ruimere tijdshorizon nodig zijn, bijvoorbeeld voor het maken van studies, risico- en marketingmodellen. Sommige inzichten worden maar helder als je ze in een ruimer tijdskader bekijkt. De bewaartermijn kan daarvoor met 10 jaar worden verlengd t.o.v. de standaard bewaartermijnen. Wij zullen wel steeds zo snel mogelijk de link met individuele personen doorbreken en alleen werken met geaggregeerde of gepseudonimiseerde gegevens.
VERWERKING VAN PERSOONSGEGEVENS
Voor de verwerking van persoonsgegevens doen wij een beroep op verschillende verwerkers. Dat zijn ondernemingen die in opdracht van ons bepaalde persoonsgegevens verwerken, zoals daar zijn:
ICT(-beveiliging-) dienstverleners, zoals Microsoft, ...
bedrijven die ons ondersteunen om je gebruikersgedrag op onze applicaties en onze internetsites te bepalen en analyseren
BEVEILIGING VAN PERSOONSGEGEVENS
Wij vinden het belangrijk dat uw gegevens op een veilige manier worden behandeld. Daarom wordt gebruik gemaakt van diverse beveiligingstechnologieën en –maatregelen om uw gegevens op gepaste wijze te beschermen tegen ongeautoriseerde toegang, gebruik, verlies of openbaarmaking. Helaas is het uitwisselen van informatie via het internet nooit 100% veilig. Hoewel we er alles aan doen op de veiligheid van uw gegevens te vrijwaren, kunnen we dit zelf niet op absolute wijze garanderen.
